ANNUAL REPORT 1983-1984 Chapter III
RESOLUTIONS ON INDIVIDUAL CASES In
the period covered by this report, the Commission held its 61st,
and 62nd sessions and received a large number of specific
denunciations of alleged violations of the human rights set forth in the
American Declaration of the Rights and Duties of Man and the American
Convention on Human Rights. The
Commission submits to the OAS General Assembly for consideration its
comments on those cases meeting the conditions required for publication
under its present Statute and Regulations. To
that end, the following resolutions have been ordered published in the
order of years in which they were approved by the Commission and in
alphabetical order of the countries referred to.
* The Resolutions relating to the Republic of Argentina refer to occurrences prior to the present Constitutional Government and were approved by the IACHR before December 10, 1983. |
