RESOLUTIONS ON INDIVIDUAL CASES

 

In the period covered by this report, the Commission held its 58th, 59th and 60th sessions and received a large number of specific denunciations of alleged violations of the human rights set forth in the American Declaration of the Rights and Duties of Man in the American Convention on Human Rights.

 

The Commission submits to the OAS General Assembly for consideration its comments on those cases meeting the conditions required for publication under its present Statute and Regulations.
