RESOLUTIONS ON INDIVIDUAL CASES

 

 

In the period covered by this report, the Commission held its 74th, 75th, and 76th sessions and received a large number of specific denunciations of alleged violations of the human rights set forth in the American Declaration of the Rights and Duties of Man and the American Convention on Human Rights.

 

The Commission submits to the OAS General Assembly for consideration the following cases meeting the conditions required for publication under its present Statute and Regulations.

 

To that end, the following resolutions have been ordered published in the order of years in which they were approved by the Commission and in alphabetical order of the countries referred to.
