ANNUAL  REPORT OF THE INTER-AMERICAN COMMISSION
ON HUMAN RIGHTS 1989-1990

CHAPTER III 

RESOLUTIONS ON INDIVIDUAL CASES

In the period covered by this report, the Commission held its 76th and 77th sessions and received a number of specific denunciations of alleged violations of the human rights set forth in the American declaration of the Rights and Duties of Man and the American Convention on Human Rights, opening 96 individual cases between September 18, 1989, and April 30, 1990.  Therefore, 837 individual cases are now in process.

 

The Commission submits to the OAS General Assembly for consideration for the following cases meeting the conditions required for publication under its present Statute and Regulations.

 

To that end, the following resolutions have been published in the order in which they are approved by the Commission and in alphabetical order of the countries referred to.
